Alejandra Rodriguez is an associate professional counselor who graduated in May 2024 from the University of North Georgia. Currently working towards licensure, she specializes in supporting children and adolescents facing challenges such as depression and anxiety. Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered approaches, and playful techniques like Play Therapy and Expressive Arts with a focus on creating a safe, nurturing environment. She utilizes innovative methods such as sand tray techniques to help young clients express themselves and navigate their emotions. She is dedicated to empowering youth on their journey to emotional well-being. Alejandra also provides counseling services in Spanish to individuals of all ages.
