Elisabeth Alonso, LMSW

Elisabeth is a Licensed Master Social Worker who obtained her Master of Social Work from Syracuse University. With four years of experience working with children, including those on the autism spectrum, Elisabeth also specializes in supporting adolescents dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other challenges. Outside Mind and Motion, Elisabeth also works with adults navigating substance use disorders, providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for growth and recovery.

Elisabeth takes a strengths-based approach to therapy, collaborating with clients to identify barriers and build resilience. She is committed to helping individuals set realistic goals and develop effective coping strategies for improved daily functioning.
